Anyone can submit a response. You do not need to be a subscriber.
Responses should be 400 or fewer words and include no more than 5 references
To avoid redundancy, we urge you to read other people's letters before submitting your own.
Name, current appointment, place of work, and email address are required, and will be published with your response. We also
require that you declare any competing financial interests.
Annals will not acknowledge or publish responses that contain unprofessional language or messages.

Letters submitted as Text will be
formatted for you. Your exact spacing will not be retained. Precede new paragraphs with
either a blank line or an indentation.
Letters submitted as HTML are not
formatted by us. Only the formatting you provide will be used in the display of your letter.
If you wish to include a table in your letter, the entire
letter must be in HTML, the table itself must be tagged as an HTML table, and the "HTML"
button must be selected.
